Life Cycle Energy Analysis and Evaluation of Retreaded Engineering Tires

In this paper, energy consumption models of retreaded engineering tires were constructed based on life cycle analysis, theoretical calculation model, and method during the four stages tires, i.e., production, transportation, usage, recycling stage. The substitute model evaluation index stage, which involves one five classical tire methods, secondary retreading, mechanical smash, low-temperature combustion decomposition, power generation, presented. Life analysis was conducted, different quantitatively analyzed, thus obtaining restoration rate tires. Energy at performed. Main conclusions indicate that production stage is highest, transportation lowest. result retreading or decomposition obtained.
